RCB vs DC: A Win To Turn a Few Heads Back

TSK. Tell me how wicketkeepers can manage to get stumped? Shouldn't they know better?!

ETA:

If I have to listen one more time to how Sehwag is Pleasant Faced and Yet a Terror or how Dravid is a Man of Few Words yet Eloquent or how Kumble has Turned the Best Batsmen Inside Out, I will KILL someone. To top it all off, Royal Challenge "Rock and Music CDs" is just STUPID. If everyone knows it's alcohol, why call it MUSIC CDs???

Also, why are there ads after every six that is hit? Honestly, if you want to retain your viewers, you need to plan your ads at the right times.

ETA:

A Win. A WIN. Ahhhh I am so happy. Deccan oh Deccan, despite the miseries you cause me, your victories are sweeeeeet.

It was pretty shaky at the start I must say. What with the slow start, then losing Mohnish early and then Gilly and Rohit in a very short span. But then Suman, an unlikely party, started finding his footing. A few huge shots later, he seemed much more confident. Symmo too, played a beautiful innings-- 53 off 20odd balls. Brilliant, and just when we needed it. Suman went on to score 78, really stabilising the innings.

And you know what made me happiest?
Symmo's interview after the win. It was so humble, and he was full of praise for Suman. Symmo also said how he kept talking to him to keep him calm and make sure he didn't think that slogging was necessary when he missed one ball... because Suman was hitting good cricket shots and that was essential. I love seeing that kind of team spirit. I remember articles where Gilly talked about building a Deccan culture. Well, I guess this is it.

Unfortunately, Deccan cannot afford to lose any of their games from here on. A very very daunting task, if you ask me.

Have I mentioned how much I love Gilly's interviews? He always seems so... straightforward and calm and makes so much sense. Whether they win or lose, he's maintained himself with a lot of dignity and you can see that. Right from the first season when Deccan finished bottom of the table, one never felt that sort of hopeless desperation in him. In my book, I rate him on the same level as I rate Dhoni the captain.
